Description:

The Town of Essex is in the process of obtaining Statements of Qualifications, SOQ, from qualified engineering firms detailing the firms’ qualifications, technical expertise, management and staffing capabilities, references, and related prior experience.  Required professional services will include but are not limited to draft a sewer allocation policy addressing the current uses and needs, and the location of the connections within the Fort Ethan Allen service area with the goal being to regulate the use of the current sewer allocation and uses, and a metric to equitably distribute the remaining allocation throughout the service area.

Qualified firms/candidates interested in being considered for this project must submit four copies each of:  (1) letter of interest; (2) SOQ and experience of staff persons who will be involved with the project; (3) references; and (4) related prior experience. Submit the four copies requested to (Town of Essex, Attn: Public Works, 81 Main Street, Essex Junction, Vermont 05452); no later than 3:00 PM on Friday, May 5, 2023, in order to receive consideration.
