2023 Request For Bids - Maple Street Sidewalk Improvements

The Town of Hartford is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors to construct sidewalk and associated curbing and driveway improvements along a 190' span of Maple Street.

Contractors may conduct a site visit on their own within the right of way. Contractors are encouraged to visit the site for the purpose of reviewing the project location and site conditions before submitting a bid. Questions need to be in writing and submitted by 3:00 PM May 19, 2023. Written responses will be prepared by the Town and posted on the Town’s web site by end of day May 26, 2023. This is the only opportunity for the contractors to propose questions and seek clarifications.
