Fairview Terrace Water Main Replacement

The Town of Hartford (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following project:

Fairview Terrace Water Main Replacement, Contract 2023-1

Bids for the construction of the project will be received at the Town Manager's Office located at 171 Bridge Street, White River Junction, VT, until Thursday April 20, 2023 at 2:00 PM local time. At that time the bids received will be publicly opened and read.

The project includes the following Work: Install approximately 840 linear feet of 8-inch ductile iron water main with appurtenances and trench pavement restoration.

The Project has an expected duration of 30 calendar days to substantial completion.

Prospective Bidders may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Partial sets of the Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner no Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.

Bidding Documents may be purchased from the Issuing Office. Cost does not include shipping charges. Upon issuing Office's receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents will be sent via the prospective Bidder's delivery service for a cost of $51.

Bidding Documents may be examined at the office of the Engineer, Dufresne Group, 56 Main Street, Suite 200, Springfield, VT, 802-674-2904.
