General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:

City: Berlin Corners



Delineated Area: Portal Rd to Lower Sunnybrook RD to Hammett Hill Rd, Snow Hill Rd, Dodge Rd, Center Rd to Rte.214 to



Windywood Rd to Middle Rd to Rte. 63 to 1-89

Additional Requirements:




  • Agency will store explosives on property and will store chemicals onsite.

  • Transport heavy and cumbersome equipment to and from the building. 24/7 operation.

  • Requires secured storage in the warehouse.

  • Not customer facing.



Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the [1-percent-annual chance/0.2-percent-annual chance] floodplain (formerly referred to as [“100-year”/“500-Year”] floodplain).
