Potential bidders must have or obtain a Dunn & Bradstreet (DUNS) number to be awarded a federal contract. Potential bidders must be registered in (SAM) SAM.GOV - system award management before being awarded a federal contract. Final bids are due to this center, not later than October 15, 2016 at 4:00 PM. A center walk through for this quote/proposal will take place for all interested vendors October 1, 2016.
